In Ireland, all childcare facilities have been directly affected by closures due to Coronavirus COVID-19. It has changed how we go about our daily lives and unfortunately it has also forced many businesses, schools and creches to close temporarily with the hope to reopen as soon as restrictions are eased. As we begin to return to ‘the new normal’ there will be a lot of adjustments and guidelines to be made/followed for childcare workers in Ireland. It is vital for the safety of both staff, children, and their families that new Health & Safety Procedures & Protocols are implemented as we gradually begin to return to work. It is important that everyone receives the correct workplace induction training courses to enable us to reopen our childcare facilities and return to work safely.

The Irish Governments have issued a Work Safely protocol. This protocol requires that all employers & their staff receive adequate training on Safe Practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is mandatory that each workplace appoint at least one employee as the Lead Worker Representative who is clearly identifiable to ensure that Coronavirus Health & Safety Measures are strictly adhered to by all staff in the workplace.

NB Training Services have over 10 years experience delivering training programmes in all sectors including infection and hygiene control and childcare. We know what is essential for your business to reopen safely efficiently.

As one of Ireland’s Leading training providers, we provide a very practical and cost efficient COVID-19 Return to Work Safely Training Course to childcare workers across Ireland. This evidence-based training in managing the Risk from COVID-19 will be provided online through a virtual Classroom setting with an online instructor who will be willing and able to answer any queries you might have.
