Food Safety for Social Care Workers

The Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI) recommend that when a child care service provides food to children that staff cooking or serving food are required to have food safety training.

This short 3½ hour Food Hygiene Course is ideal for all Social Care Workers and Child Care Workers. 

This Food Safety Course covers:

  • Food handling, preparation and cooking
  • Personal hygiene and good hygiene practices

  • Cleaning

We will travel to your residential childcare facility to provide this bespoke Food Hygiene Course in the evening, at the weekend or at a time that is convenient to you. We provide this in-house Food Safety Training Course in the following counties.
